she chose to sign that high-priced but lengthy extension back in 2021, a time when the team had a lot less direction than they do now. i don’t feel bad for her.
I would love to see what Kelsey Mitchell can do on a good team. It might not work, but if she could accept/adjust to a secondary role, she could be a difference-maker.

Lol this is a funny comment considering the fact Kelsey Mitchell is the biggest problem on the Fever.

I don't necessarily disagree, but what exactly do you mean? You said something similar about Arike, and I'm curious as to why you think both of these players are problems.
Yes, they are volume shooters, but that doesn't have to mean they cause difficulties on their teams. Sometimes the coaches tell players like that to keep shooting, and they do so -- and the other players know it.
In any event, tell us more. These are interesting points.

Because it’s a fact. Kelsey hasn’t made the playoffs in her career yet. Had the Fever played thru their superstar(Aliyah) more they would’ve been in a different spot this year.
And Arike speaks for itself. They looked better in the playoffs last year without her.
I think I get it ... which is why I would love to see Kelsey Mitchell play on a good team and see if she can step back a bit.
As for Indiana this year, the fact that the ball didn't get to Boston enough is on the coach, not Mitchell (and same is true in Dallas). If a player shoots too much for your liking, then you just sit her down for a few minutes. If she shoots a lot and keeps playing, that means the coach is OK with it.
So what would Mitchell (or Oguwonbale) do in a situation where their volume shooting wasn't endorsed by the coach? Would they lose their value or become more efficient?
And Indiana has been poorly coached and undertalented throughout Mitchell's time, so I'm not sure it's fair to blame her for their failure to make the playoffs. But then again, maybe it is -- I don't think we'll know until she goes to another team or Indiana has more talent and good coaching at the same time.

^I like it, I might keep Fagbenle over Saxton for her height, but honestly indifferent on that one lol I always root for the South Carolina girlies to make it
