they really gotta stop signing middling players to these more-than-middling-value contracts. hey, maybe they want to miss the playoffs one more year. can’t say i blame them considering how good 2025’s draft should be, especially if they’ve already chased away most of the people who would’ve held the organization’s feet to the fire.
Now I’m in a world where Clark stays and we wonder if Indiana just takes Brink to form a 3-headed post monster with Boston and Smith or they decide to trade it lol

The Fever's current post options off the bench are Saxton & Fagbenle. Maybe Brink gets drafted and comes off the bench?
at least i would hope they wouldn’t use KL Samuelson as a de facto stretch 4. i highly doubt that would work defensively, but i’m not sure it’d work on the other end of the floor either.

Nalyssa will get absolutely destroyed on defense even more if they moved her to SF.
yeah, Dunn looked ‘at her best’ in 2022 when she reversed the obvious sins of Catchings, but even the 2022 Draft hasn’t aged all that well for them other than NaLyssa Smith. and since then, her free agent signings both last season and this season have been total bullshit – as bad as Catchings afaic.
if that’s true, then the Indiana Fever are BACK. this might’ve been the perfect team to end up with her – the franchise that truly needed her the most.

Caitlin Clark entering the draft probably saved the Fever from relocating. Clark may get the Fever as the leader in attendance for 2024.
😕 imo Berger’s a SF before she’s a SG. one of those “1 thru 3 but minus the 2”-type players. not unlike a player she was oft-compared to leading up to last year’s draft, Haley Jones. (although i also think Berger still resembles more of a PG than Jones does, and Jones resembles more of a SF than Berger does.)

IMO, Berger needs to get out of Indiana if she wants a career in the WNBA now. Fever also have Maya Caldwell itching for a spot, too. Berger won't get minutes on this roster.
