that’d be terribly underwhelming afaic. surely the roster needs to add a little more to it than all retreads plus maybe a rookie or something.
Myles said it's highly unlikely Dolson returns to New York due to cap space. Richards would be the 11th player/cheerleader. I'm sure Bec Allen could get more money from another team.

I could be down for Peddy as backup PG, between her and Bec, if we could only afford one vet, I would pick Bec. She slides in to backup Ionescu. But also can play alongside her for Sloot.
FA: sign Bec Allen, Leonie Fiebich; re-sign Stewie and JJ Draft: #11: Te-hina PaoPao or Ayoka Lee #17 (via Chicago): Nika Muhl or Taiyanna Jackson or Jessika Carter
Vandersloot/Draft Pick (PaoPao or Muhl) Ionescu/Allen Laney/Thornton Stewart/FA Fiebich Jones/Sabally/Draft Pick (Jackson or Carter or Lee)
5 players under contract now for $759,397 (thanks herhoopstats!) FRP: $70,344 SRP: $67,249 Unsigned draftee: $67,249 8 players= $964,239
Leaves $498,961 for Stewie, JJ and at least one more player (Bec?) Would they each settle for $200k and would Bec settle for $98,961 after making $136,850 last season? Seems unlikely but maybe she loves NY and wants to play for Sandy during the Olympic year? A girl can hope lol
Bec helps with perimeter defense tremendously, and a good floor stretcher too so I would love to snag her.
Be kind to yourself, the way you expect others to be kind to you.
just sign an overseas vet on vet min to back up the PG spot, since the team’s still contending and needs as many likely contributors as they can round up.

Hard to see Nneka not picking the Storm, and then the Sky are a better fit than the Liberty too…..but wow we are one of her finalists! Lol I take her for sure 💪🏽

yeah, Nneka can get much more $$$ in either Seattle or Chicago. I just don't see her landing in New York. If Sandy is taking a guard at #11, we could use another [cheap] post.
So Johannes could come over after the Olympics if she wanted to. Interesting.
I am glad that the league is following the actual rules as written. I am also glad that the 1072 line spreadsheet that I put together to track years of service was worth the time.
I wonder if Awak Kuier would have decided to play this year if this was more publicly known.
next question is, should Johannès return to the team? do her positives (her playmaking, her ability to get hot from outside) outweigh her negatives (defense, when she tries but can’t get hot from outside) enough as it relates to being on this team?
