Which 2019 Playoff Team(s) Will Miss The 2020 Playoffs?

Which team(s), if any, and why? And conversely, which bottom-four team from 2019 has the best shot at making it this year?
Seattle, Vegas, LA, and Chicago? No chance in hell they miss it this year. Minnesota even without Fowles and an MIA Sims looks like a safe bet as well (Remember when people had them missing the playoffs entirely this year?
). Connecticut's rebounding after a slow start. Phoenix probably has too much raw talent to miss it even when they're terribly mediocre on the court half the time. I voted Washington only.
Indiana (especially after their win vs. the top-ranked Storm) has the best shot out of the four lottery teams at making the playoffs. Dallas has an outside chance as well. I highly doubt both make it though, barring injuries elsewhere.
