awhom111 is the Turkish league currently suspended due to the recent earthquake? I assumed this is just their midseason break due to Stewart and Sloot both being in Brooklyn for their press conference.

It looks like it is currently suspended even though the next scheduled games were outside of the period of national mourning. They were scheduled for the national team break from last Sunday through this Tuesday, but all of the times that had been set for the four rounds have been removed:

Looked into this a little further. It appears that there is no chance of league games before March. Teams hosting FIBA Europe games may have to play them outside of Turkey. No word on whether any teams feel that they would be unable to continue the season. Gaziantep is one of cities near the epicenter and they have a men's top division team there that is contemplating asking for possibilities of withdrawing from the rest of the season without penalty since it is unlikely that any of the local facilities will be able to safely host basketball games for a while.

Hatay is unable to play for the rest of the season. No word on how that affects the structure of next season yet or how the games that they have already played will be treated in the standings. Their players have all been let out of their contracts and some of them have already signed elsewhere.
League play is scheduled to resume on Friday. The competition will be named after Nilay Aydogan for the rest of the season.
