You know, for some reason, my NCAAW Fandom just never really translated to the WNBA. I do follow some of my favorite college players who made it in the WNBA from time to time--but it just doesn't have the same appeal as following the story of that girl who's leading the Idaho's, Albany's, and UC Riverside's of the world to league titles and tourney wins.
I went to my first WNBA game last summer, and it just wasn't that.....great. The Liberty beat the Sun, but I just wasn't excited by it.
I think the WNBA is a much better game than the college game. I've been to many WNBA games over the years (all Sky games) and they're always very good. I've just felt let down the last couple years since my favorite player hasn't been in the league when I know she's as good as any PG her age in the league.
