Great point. We still don't know what Carter did exactly to justify getting suspending for damn near two-thirds of the season. People also say that CWill didn't actually start the fight with Alex Bentley in Connecticut, and apparently she didn't start this fight in whatever alley they were all in. But at the same time, trouble just seems to follow her like her own personal rain cloud, and though it wouldn't be the least bit fair, the full scope of her history just might deter any team from wanting to sign her at this point – especially if she isn't willing to lower her own price tag. And again, it doesn't help that she's an undersized SG. So whether or not we see her on a team, I wouldn't be super surprised either way.

Even if the Dream are doing it for all the wrong reasons (which I'll admit – they honestly seem to be), I am glad they're choosing to move on from both CWill & Bradford (if Megdal is to be believed lmao – that is its own potential issue). This team simply needs a hard reset, and though it may be a hot take, I actually don't mind the hardline stance taken here of being involved in off-the-court shenanigans = being off the team, even if it isn't fair. That should also all but ensure that Carter gets traded (even if her shenanigans took place on the court, per se), though I guess that's why McDonald is really there.
