It would be nice to have a 4th one to rely on for 8-10 minutes per game to at least find some more bench time for Stewie, who is dead-tired at this point (amongst others).
- Why did we trade for Kennedy Burke if she's not going to be a part of the rotation? On a night where neither Talbot (occasionally) nor K.L. Samuelson (more nights than not) can find the basket, why not try Burke? Cuz I know Burke can play, and she stays ready – aside from one game, she has scored in every game she's appeared in (19 out of 27) despite only averaging 7 MPG.
- I still have no absolute clue what Cierra Burdick did to earn a rest-of-season contract. It could've gone to that 4th post player. Burdick is positionless, in a bad way. At least Karlie Samuelson played well with the Sparks this season, even if I'm not crazy about her not even going through a 7-day contract first to see if she fits in.
- Speaking of Katie Lou: if Dallas wants her & their 2RP back for a slumping Charli Collier, I'm 1000% for it. That deal hasn't worked out for either side, really. If anything, it's worked out better for us so far (but like I said, we could really use that extra post).
Samuelson has the 2nd highest fg%, for 2pt shots, of all players on the Storm
Mercedes Russell has the highest for both of the above categories.
Thankfully you are not the GM of the Storm.
By the way, about 2 weeks ago, you said you were done with KLS, also Canada, so why do you still bring her up?
