Also Pellington showing why I don't really rate her a WNBA prospect. I don't think her playmaking isn't good enough and the lack of outside shooting just highlights her offensive limitations more.
Is the lighting in Utah like this all the time or is this just a broadcast thing? Every time I watch a game there, it just feels darker than almost every other place

Ole Miss started playing not to lose way too early. Didn't see the first half though so idk if that is just their normal offense? Glad they ended up winning after that flop by Brink to tie the game at 49-49.
Brooke Weisbrod wanted Stanford to win so bad lmao
Stanford did show throughout the season that they were capable of being beaten early in the Tourney
i still can’t believe they were more fraudulent than Utah, who imo are still frauds as well but at least are S16-bound
their day is coming, as well as Colorado’s – if either of those two make it to the third weekend, that speaks more to the lack of tip-top this year in Div. I wbb
Arizona i’m still surprised couldn’t beat Maryland, but so in hindsight perhaps they were frauds this year
UCLA? not in the Pac, in my opinion 🙂

Tara V and Haley Jones are a funny mix on offense. When things didn't work out for them, it really went to pieces. They won a championship, but they had Lexie Hull and Kiana Williams to provide outside shooting and scoring support. This team, less spacing and more general offensive awkwardness. Jump is not as effective as Hull or Williams in getting her own shot. Lots of Jones isolation-style plays in this season's team, which are generally low percentage IMO.
Stanford missed a lot of layups today and it made all the difference. Lots of silly turnovers too. I don't think Ole Miss played *THAT* physical a game but Stanford just weren't there mentally. Ole Miss were present at the right moments and they deservedly won the game.
I really love Brink's game and am hoping she flourishes as the only top dog next season. She really elevated her game in the second half of this season IMO but too bad nobody else came along for the ride.
Sometimes you have to give credit to the defense. Most of the teams left are good teams. I would be happy if every game was a battle to the wire. Who wants to see a blowout besides homers.
