I'm curious about Sénéchal at the next level and what position she might be playing. She's clearly capable at the 1, 2 or 3 spots but appears to play a good chunk of PG for UCONN out of necessity.
Juhász may be a little too clunky for the W, though I understand this is her first game back from injury (idr what it was) – her 3PT ability may make her particularly valuable though
LLS hasn't done a whole lot yet (as I say this she converts a 4-point play), but I do like her general fluidity on the floor
Griffin is Draft-eligible as a true senior. Assuming she returns to school next season though, I'd like to see her transfer elsewhere cuz she may get overshadowed next season by the younguns Brady, Patterson, and their recruit Q Samuels
Edwards' sophomore slump appears to be dead & gone – good for her; she has re-established herself as a national It Girl, it seems
Perhaps there's a reason Chris Dailey is undefeated when she's the acting HC
On FSU's side, their superstar freshman Ta'Niya Latson hasn't gotten going yet
I like Jazmine Massengill as a late-round sleeper PG prospect mostly cuz she's 6-0, but I fear she just doesn't score enough for the scouts to care

She looks like a 2 to me, just based on this impression – might have to put on some more muscle to effectively be a 3, but at 6-1 she has enough size to do so

Mühl with 9 assists already. Fabulous passing skills. I'm nervous that her jumpshot is a little too high-arcing to be effective. Only player I feel like is good at consistently making higher-arcing shots is Chelsea Gray, and she's, well, Chelsea Gray.
I agree with @stormeo about Sénéchal's fluidity. She moves well. She shoots well, and I like that she is able to take it off the dribble and reads how to come off screens really well. I'd like to see her more on the defensively end to see how that would translate or if she has any ability to do that. I do also think she will need to get a bit more stronger at the next level to handle the physicality.
Juhász's stock has to have dropped. Feels like a Westbrook situation, where she would have been better to enter and potentially get taken higher than she is right now. Injury or not because I've not been impressed with her since she left Ohio State

Her passing and fight are good things that could maybe translate. I'm unsold that she has any offensive game at the next level to succeed - especially wit the 3 being deeper.

As I've said before, she would need to leave UConn and go to a program that needed her to score more for her to really be tested. If she returns to UConn next season, her entire role is gonna be diminished not only with Bueckers presumably returning but also the PG recruit they're bringing into the fold next season in KK Arnold, who I can imagine would see some playing time as an overall top-10 recruit. I see Mühl and Aubrey Griffin sort of in the same boat in that regard.

Especially considering UConn has few bench scrubs they'd be able to throw in at Garbage Time, UConn's probably gonna get to 100 with how poor Florida State's defense has been. Their offense hasn't been good, but their defense has been worse – particularly with defending Aaliyah Edwards, whew they've done a shit job there

She's benefitted the most with Bueckers being out. Clearly a pure PG in every sense that would have had a successful pro career even 10 years ago(Penicheiro, Weatherspoon, Black). But if players like Lindsay Allen, Crystal Dangerfield and Danielle Robinson can keep sticking on rosters, I guess Mühl has a shot.
Also, what has happened to Massengill? I honestly thought she had a shot at a pro career a few years ago, but her game declined last year w/Kentucky and looks worse this year w/FSU.
I asked this at Rebkell: what's going on with Lauren Betts? She hasn't gotten in yet today. Is she just not ready? Doghouse? That far down on the depth chart? I love Tara as a coach, but Betts is a #1 recruit and can't get on the floor? I need info or I need her to transfer lol

I think VanDerveer just prefers Brink and Iriafen in the post. Even Belibi's minutes have shrunk. VanDerveer claimed she was gonna experiment with Brink at the 3 more I think just so that she could find some minutes for all her post talent, but that experiment must not've panned out lol

I understand the preference to Brink and Iriafen. But I don't get her not playing at all? Like imagine if the #1 men's recruiting went to a top school and didn't play. Seems like it should be a bigger story.
And as I type this: look who entered the game lmao
